Office interior design - 7 rooms

We have 7 “boring” office rooms that could use some tlc. It's an industrial kitchen so not looking for something fancy. We are located in Thousand Oaks, we want an inspiring and fun environment. One office will be for customer service agents (on the phone a lot), the others can be shared office spaces. We need a design plan, purchasing furniture and maybe some repaint here and there. 

We produce and deliver medically tailored meals in Ventura County to people in need.
