DESCRIPTION

Engage & Resonate is an Experiential Marketing Agency led by an award-winning experiential and branded content team who specialize in the creation of meaningful consumer engagements to increase impact, build brands and drive purchase intent.

E&R is seeking interns who are interested in assisting with day-to-day operations and contributing to the growth and development of the organization. Interns should be detail-oriented, self-starters with an entrepreneurial mindset, who are willing to learn new things each and every day. Interns will have the opportunity to work with a growing agency that is led by a team of award-winning leaders who have worked with brands like Amazon, McDonald’s, Adidas, Allstate, Victoria’s Secret and Jose Cuervo to name a few. 

RESPONSIBILTIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support new business prospecting and outreach initiatives

• Database management

• Coordinate, schedule, and confirm new business calls and meetings

• Assist in qualifying opportunities, coordinating with senior management

• Collaborate with team to compile work samples and materials for decks

• Provide administrative support to senior management

• Assist with supplier research and initial reach out

• Maintain relationships with current clients while simultaneously building new client relationships

QUALIFICATIONS

• BA in business administration, public relations or other business-related field preferred

• Experience working in business development or marketing fields preferred

• Proficient with Mac computers

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Keynote, Excel, iCal

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to work with others

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• High attention to detail
