Electrical & Implementation Drafter

We are looking for an experienced Electrical & Implementation Drafter for a temporary 3-month contract to support ongoing design and implementation projects within our engineering firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce and modify detailed electrical drawings and implementation documents under the direction of engineering staff.

Prepare layouts including conduit routing, wiring diagrams, panel schedules, and one-line diagrams.

Assist with redlining and updating construction drawings for field revisions.

Coordinate with engineers and other drafters to meet project deadlines and design specifications.

Ensure adherence to company and industry standards in all drafting work.

Maintain drawing documentation and update records throughout the project cycle.

Qualifications:
Required

Intermediate -Advance Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; Revit or MicroStation experience is a plus.

Solid understanding of electrical symbols, layouts, and implementation drawings.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Preferred
Associate degree or certificate in Drafting Technology, Electrical Design, or related field.

2–5 years of hands-on experience in electrical drafting for engineering or construction projects.

Additional Information:

Temporary full-time position (3 months), Monday–Friday.
