We are known for our craftsmanship, personalized service, and commitment to quality. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a talented Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our team.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Kitchen & Bath Cabinet Designer to create beautiful, functional spaces for our clients while managing the sales process with professionalism and care. This is a full-time, salaried position with bonus opportunities — no commission sales. Our designers use 2020 Design software to bring concepts to life and deliver a seamless experience from consultation to final delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with retail and contractor clients to understand their vision, space, and budget

• Design kitchens, bathrooms, and built-in cabinetry solutions using 2020 Design software

• Prepare detailed proposals, layouts, and renderings for client presentations

• Assist with cabinet and hardware selections, ensuring proper fit and function

• Communicate closely with the warehouse and installation teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery

• Follow up with clients throughout the process to maintain satisfaction and manage expectations

• Stay up to date on product lines, material trends, and industry standards


Qualifications:

• Proficient in 2020 Design software (preferred)

• Knowledge of cabinetry construction and space planning

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail

• Retail Experience

• Professional, team-oriented, and passionate about design

• Willing to be coached & trained to learn the industry
