Fashion/Apparel Designer

We’re seeking a talented and trend-savvy Apparel Designer who shares our passion for clean, modern design and wants to grow with a startup. This is more than just a design role—it’s an opportunity to be part of building a brand from the ground up. Starting with a small capsule collection, you'll play a foundational role in shaping Howie’s aesthetic and long-term creative direction.

Responsibilities:

Design high-quality, minimalist men’s apparel that reflects Howie’s brand vision

Create detailed tech packs, patterns, and specifications for production

Stay up to date with trends in golf and lifestyle fashion, fabric innovation, and design techniques

Collaborate with manufacturers to ensure a smooth sampling and production process

Lead creative meetings with our team and influencer partners, turning ideas into production-ready pieces

Pay close attention to fit, stitching, and subtle design elements that make minimalist pieces stand out

What We’re Looking For:

Strong portfolio showcasing apparel design, preferably in golf, streetwear, or lifestyle fashion

Proficiency in technical design tools (Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D, etc.)

Experience developing tech packs and communicating with manufacturers

A passion for minimalist aesthetics and strong attention to detail

Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to help grow a brand from early stages

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
