The Role
We’re hiring a full-time Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who’s ready to dive into real-world design work that matters. You'll help craft branding, marketing materials, and digital content for both Prime Path and our medtech clients, ranging from startup founders to innovative clinical teams.

You’ll be involved in everything from social media graphics and website assets to pitch decks, sales collateral, and product visuals. It’s a unique opportunity to grow your skills, work across disciplines, and see your work in action in the healthcare space.

What You’ll Do

• Design high-quality visuals for social media, websites, presentations, email campaigns, and printed collateral
• Collaborate with writers, marketers, and project leads to turn ideas into compelling visuals
• Help build brand identities for new medtech startups
• Maintain design consistency across platforms and projects
• Adapt designs based on internal and client feedback
• Stay up to date with visual trends in both healthcare and digital marketing

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• Strong portfolio (school projects, freelance, internships all welcome)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar tools is a plus
• Strong eye for detail, layout, and typography
• Interest in healthcare, startups, or science communication
• Eagerness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional team
