Sunnyside Music Teacher

Calling all fun makers, imaginators, adventurers, and storytelling educators!

Sunnyside is looking for enthusiastic early childhood educators to lead fun, hands-on Music Enrichment experiences for children (ages 1–8yrs old) and their families. 

Perfect for current students or recent graduates of early childhood education programs and related fields. 

Job Title: Sunnyside Music Teacher

Location: Los Angeles / San Francisco / Austin / New York

Compensation: $200/session

Frequency: 2 sessions / month @ 45min - 1hr per session. 2nd and 4th Saturdays.

Requirements: Must have mode of transportation capable of carrying assortment of musical instruments/props.

✅ Spark interactivity, engagement, and participation through music
✅ Create a warm, safe, and fun musical environment
✅ Set up and clean up session materials
✅ Be an inspiring source of fun, exploration, and adventure for kids and families

🎯 You’re a Great Fit If:

 ✔ You’re a current student (or recent grad) in ECE or Child Development
✔ You’ve worked with kids—camp, school, babysitting, tutoring, etc.
✔ You’re warm, outgoing, reliable & LOVE creative fun learning experiences
✔ You’re confident leading groups of little learners and LOVE sharing music

✔ You are tired of ‘the old guard’ of music for children and would like to write/perform new songs

 ✔ You’re a high school / college student seeking an internship opportunity
