Capturing professional-quality images using various photographic techniques and lighting equipment, while also utilizing photo editing software to enhance and edit photographs. This internship will specialize in taking pictures of Hunter parts up close or needed in a specific way for a Hunter parts catalog and e-commerce site and editing them.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Image Capture:
- Capturing Hunter parts in professional-quality photographs, analyzing and planning composition.
- Using various photographic techniques and lighting equipment.
- Working with your manager to understand their needs and expectations.
- Directing parts composition during photoshoots.
- Image Editing and Enhancement:
- Enhancing the appearance of subjects with natural or artificial light.
- Using photo editing software to edit, crop, and enhance photographs to fit into a parts catalog or e-commerce site.
- Need to have knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Corel Photo.
- Ensuring final images meet quality standards and internship requirements.
- Equipment Management:
- Maintaining and using photographic equipment, including cameras, tripods, and lighting.
- Ensuring equipment is in good working condition and properly stored.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Working closely with other team members, such as your manager and e-commerce team
- Communicating effectively to understand project requirements and Hunter catalog and e-commerce needs.
- Other Duties:
- Arranging parts and lighting.
- Preparing backgrounds.
- Maintaining a database of parts images.
- Keeping abreast of photographic best practices and procedures.
