Corporate Designer/ Web Designer Location: Boston, MA

About the Role

Sesen is seeking a versatile and creative Corporate Designer / Web Designer to help shape our brand identity across digital and visual touchpoints. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing modern, user-focused web interfaces as well as producing high- impact corporate design assets that elevate our presence across campaigns, presentations, events, and product communications.

This is a highly collaborative position ideal for a designer with strong web experience and a passion for visual storytelling, user experience, and brand systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive websites and landing pages using WordPress, React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

Own the visual development of brand and corporate assets (e.g., sales decks, pitch materials, digital ads, event visuals)

Translate creative direction and brand strategy into compelling digital and print- ready design assets

Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure brand consistency across platforms

Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring usability, accessibility, and scalability

Optimize designs for performance, user experience, and engagement across devices

Support internal and external creative requests, including tradeshow visuals, case study layouts, and corporate documentation

Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field

2+ years of experience in a hybrid digital/graphic design role (agency or in-house)

Proficient in front-end development tools: WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,

React, Sass

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or Sketch

Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive web design, UI/UX work, and brand

system design

Experience designing for global brands or B2B audiences is a plus

Highly detail-oriented, self-directed, and organized

Strong collaboration and communication skills
