What You’ll Do as a Stylist:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, identifying their needs, and styling head-to-toe outfits that make them look and feel amazing.
- Build genuine relationships with customers to drive repeat visits and brand loyalty.
- Stay current on fashion trends and help maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall store success.
- Support store operations, including fitting room coverage, processing shipments, and keeping the store clean and organized.
- Be a team player who thrives in a fun, fast-paced, and empowering environment.
What We’re Looking For:
