Marketing Designer

Fidare is hiring a full-time marketing designer for a 2-week sprint to create new branding and marketing materials. At the end of the 2-week engagement, assuming you enjoy working with our team, we'd like to negotiate an ongoing part or full time contract.


About You

You understand how aesthetics can influence understanding and brand recognition. You enjoy designing marketing and end user materials. 

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign for digital and print materials
  • Completed or in-progress degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or other related field (or relevant experience)
  • Web design experience
  • Strong communications skills
  • Can work from a quiet, comfortable space at home and ability to work in San Diego office

About Us

Fidare Health connects therapists and psychiatrists to federally qualified community health clinics (FQHCs), enabling those therapists and psychiatrists to see clinic patients directly. This helps meet California’s incredible demand for behavioral health services.
 

Responsibilities

  • Main Mission: Design and send out a one-page mailer to all federally qualified health clinics in California about Fidare services
  • Create new company branding content (digital and print)
  • Understand company offerings and FQHC needs in order to develop effective marketing materials
  • Maintain a culture that emphasizes two-way feedback and continuous improvement

Job Specifics

  • $25/hr - $30/hr for initial 2-week sprint depending on experience 
  • $30-35 after initial engagement 
  • This is a contract position
