Great Lakes Culinary Designs seeks Foodservice Designer - Full Time On-Site, Southfield, MI.

What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with Sr. Designers to develop efficient, innovative
foodservice concepts
- Create 3D models & document sets using Revit & CAD
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to bring their
- Specify kitchen equipment using industry-leading quoting tools

- Help guide projects from design through construction, including reviewing shop drawings and change orders

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Ability to learn Revit 3D modeling software – experience with CAD/Revit is a plus!

✔ Strong organization & communication skills – we love team players!

✔ A creative problem-solver with a growth mindset and a passion for learning

✔ Experience with Dropbox, MS Teams, Excel, Word, AutoQuotes, or Bluebeam is a bonus
