Environmental Planner

Frontier Resources is a small environmental consulting company in Vernal, Utah. We are a team of resource specialists and planners that assist our clients in navigating the environmental regulatory process. We are seeking an environmental planner with NEPA experience to be the primary author of an Environmental Assessment for a mining project on Bureau of Land Management land in Utah. The selected candidate would work from home in collaboration with other professionals. The work schedule would be flexible, but would require meeting deadlines and responding to correspondence on a daily basis. 

Qualifications:

• Completed B.A. or B.S. in Environmental Science, Environmental Planning, Natural Resource Management, or a related field
• Minimum of one year of experience with National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents
• Minimum of two years of experience with technical writing
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
