Type of work: Part time, results-driven compensation and a contract detailing the description below. You can continue pursuing a full time undergraduate/masters degree while also working on this contracted project on the side.
Duration: 6 months, 10 hours per week

Heads up: We’re looking for exceptional problem solvers—people who figure things out and get things done. If you’ve performed in the top percentile—whether in academics, sports, business, extracurriculars, or any other area—we’d love to hear about it!
Compensation components:
1) $1,000 signing bonus paid upfront
2) $500 for the first set of 2,000 followers
3) $750 for the second set of 2,000 followers
4) $1,000 for the third set of 2,000 followers
5) $1,250 for the fourth set of 2,000 followers
6) $1,500 for the fifth set of 2,000 followers
7) You'll receive a unique 20% discount code to share in your posts while promoting our product through the official petlove social media accounts.
You will earn 50% of the revenue generated using that code which equals $15 per unit sold. For example, if 1,000 units of our product are sold with that code, you will earn $15,000. Monthly cash payout.
8) 0.25% equity (no voting rights) in our company (Petlove LLC) if you hit 10,000 followers

petlove is a dog care education web app. petlove is where new pet parents learn. We have no competition yet. An online dog care app advertised both online and offline does not exist. We are the first. Help us pioneer dog care education. Our goal is to educate millions of new pet parents around the world, starting with the US. Our designer works at Meta (Facebook), the creator of the Chewy brand and logo is our advisor and one of our vets is featured in a Netflix documentary about pets. We recently finished V1 of our product. Now we need to generate brand awareness, social media presence and conversions across the USA, Canada, UK, then other countries!

What You’ll Do
- Develop & Execute Social Strategies – Manage and grow petlove's presence on Instagram and/or TikTok, focusing on engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
- Content Creation & Scheduling – Use our existing educational content to plan and post high-impact content that resonates with new pet parents and drives engagement.
- Community Engagement – Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and discussions to build strong relationships with our audience. Interact with other accounts in the dog care community.
- Growth Hacking – Continuously experiment with new strategies to drive viral growth, partnerships, and organic reach.
What We’re Looking For
- Some experience managing social media with high-growth results OR your plan to achieve these results.
- Familiar with the platforms – knows what works on each platform (viral trends, engagement strategies) and how to execute on each platform
- Data-driven mindset – able to analyze performance, identify trends, and pivot strategies fast.
- Creative & Resourceful – can generate content ideas and execute them quickly with minimal oversight.
- Highly efficient & proactive – self-starter and quickly gets things done
- Familiarity with Canva is a plus
