Job Summary
Lisa & Leroy is a Design firm that also self-performs construction. We offer a full-service approach to interiors. We work with clients on every aspect of their homes and have a ton of fun doing it.
We are seeking a real rockstar (attitude required) to become a part of our PM team and assist in L&L projects. A true go-getter that needs no micro-managing. As a smallish firm, you must be able to handle a ranging scope of responsibilities with each project and be comfortable with a high level of ambiguity. Stuff changes. Constantly. And you'll need to be ok with that. Strong attention to detail and professionalism are required but we can't have someone taking themselves too seriously. If you consider yourself inflexible, don't like to have fun, and laughing at work is your enemy then this won't be a great position for you.
You'll support and interact with the team as well as our clients, vendors, and subcontractors. You'll learn every day and hopefully teach us something every day too.
This is a Part-Time role with the possibility of moving to Full-Time.
THIS IS YOU:
- You can handle your business at a high level. You aren’t the kind of person who wants to just be told what to do all the time. Gotta be self-motivated.
- You anticipate needs, not wait for them to be told to you. You aren't looking for a to-do list. You create them. And then you hand them out.
- You are an out front kind of person. Life of the party type looking to create relationships and solve problems. Enjoying interaction with other humans is a must.
- You are super-efficient. You create efficiencies to get stuff done quickly, you don't forget to do things. You know where everything is at the drop of a hat because you are ridiculously organized. Like ridiculously.
- You are creative. You want to be in an environment where you have creative input into the work and the projects you work on.
- You love the word NEW and change is your friend. You seek opportunities to change it up.
