Part-Time Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator

Job Title: Part-Time Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator

Job Description:
Winfield Street Coffee is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator to help maintain our online presence, execute marketing initiatives, and ensure our merchandise inventory is up to date. This is a part-time role (10–20 hours per week) with a flexible schedule. The ideal candidate is self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently on a broad range of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce & Merch Management

  • Maintain and update products on our online store (e.g., adding new merchandise, adjusting product descriptions).
  • Keep track of merchandise inventory levels (shirts, mugs, coffee beans, etc.) and coordinate any necessary restocking.

Marketing & Branding

  • Design marketing materials (flyers, social media graphics, etc.) using Canva or similar tools.
  • Send text-message and email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the social media manager to ensure brand consistency and coordinate promotional schedules.

Content & Consistency

  • Review menu items and descriptions across online platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency (website, third-party delivery apps, etc.).
  • Uphold Winfield Street Coffee’s brand aesthetic in digital channels, including e-commerce and social media.

Administrative Support

  • Organize and schedule virtual meetings as needed, and send out concise meeting summaries.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support management and marketing activities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing, e-commerce, or administrative support.
  • Proficiency with Canva (or similar design software); basic graphic design experience preferred.
  • Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.
  • Comfortable updating websites and online shops (familiarity with common e-commerce platforms is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Able to work independently with minimal in-person interaction with the café team or kitchen staff.
  • Flexible schedule, available for 10–20 hours per week.
