Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute a social media strategy for TikTok and Instagram focusing on brand awareness and engagement.
-Create and curate engaging, original content (videos, photos, stories, reels) that aligns with Laila’s brand voice and resonates with our audience.
-Identify and leverage TikTok trends to produce viral-worthy content that drives traffic and engagement.
-Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Qualifications:
-Passion for social media and content creation, with a strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends.
-Comfortable being on camera, creating and sharing engaging short-form content.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting engaging captions and copy.
-Creative and resourceful, with an eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
-Familiar with social media analytics and performance tracking.
-Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
-A genuine interest in dating and relationships with an understanding of the target audience for dating apps.
