Social Media Content Creator (Part-Time, Remote) – This job can be done while still in school or potentially even at another internship. You choose the hours as long as you meet a required posting schedule.
Compensation:
- $1,000/month base salary
- Performance-based incentives up to $2,000/month

About Real Energy:
Real Energy is a bold new healthy energy drink made with real squeezed fruit, amino acids, vitamins, and caffeine. We are based in Boston MA and just raised our Seed round of fundraising. We’re redefining what an energy drink should be—clean, natural, and effective. As we gear up for our launch, we need a passionate, creative, and self-driven Social Media Content Creator to take over our online presence.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the face of Real Energy on social media—you’ll star in and create content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more.
- Develop and execute engaging video content that aligns with our brand’s mission and voice.
- Stay ahead of trends and continuously experiment with new content formats to maximize engagement.
- Run our social media strategy—we want your creative input on what works best.
- Manage posting schedules, track analytics, and adjust content based on performance.
- Collaborate with our team to plan bigger content ideas (if you need extra budget for a shoot, we’ll work with you!).
- Ensure a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.
What We’re Looking For:
- A charismatic, confident, and creative individual who loves being in front of the camera.
- Strong video content creation skills—comfortable filming, editing, and posting high-quality content.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, virality, and audience engagement.
- Highly self-motivated—this is a very flexible role, but we expect results.
- Passion for health, wellness, and energy drinks (bonus points if you’re into fitness or an active lifestyle!).
- Previous experience running a social media account (your own or for a brand) is a plus.
