
Back Office Technical Specialist
Requirements:
- High-level, fluent English speaker.
- Technical educational background (architect, civil engineer, interior design, etc.) or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience in positions requiring similar capacities to those described in the document is required in the museum field.
- Solid technical background.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, BIM60, Revit, ProCore, BlueBeam, etc. Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.). Working knowledge Google collaboration tools (Google Drive, etc.).
- Availability to travel (nationally and internationally).
- Software certifications will be valued.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Project and Production Managers, as well as the Tender Director, in all tasks related to bid and project development, including, but not limited to:
- Preparation and management of the necessary documentation for developing cost estimations, schedules, and, in general, projects.
- Participate in technical coordination and information flow between the different parties involved in the project.
- Stablish and management of the relationship with suppliers, vendors, subcontractors, consultants and specialists to obtain cost estimations and, in general, to develop projects (exchange of documentation, resolution of questions, analysis of offers, shop-drawing review, etc).
- Analysis and reviews of shop drawings, cost estimations, schedules, technical proposals etc.
- Flag changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
