Brand Marketing Intern

SUMMARY:

Perlick is seeking a highly motivated Brand Marketing Intern to support our brand marketing initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with multiple teams, including Brand Marketing, Product Management, Marketing Communications, Sales, and IT, to ensure the successful execution of product solutions and marketing programs that meet the needs of both internal and external customers.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and refine marketing assets that elevate our products and strengthen the Perlick brand. The ideal candidate will be a creative and proactive individual who is eager to learn about the intersection of brand strategy, marketing communications, and product marketing.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & REPONSIBILITIES :

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including marketing, product management, sales, and IT) to create visually compelling product marketing assets that align with our brand identity and engage target audiences.
  2. Assist in the design and development of commercial marketing resources, such as presentations, digital content, and promotional materials, ensuring they are visually on-brand and impactful across all platforms.
  3. Maintain brand consistency across various marketing channels by ensuring that all visual and written assets align with our established brand guidelines.
  4. Conduct market research to support the design of engaging product positioning, competitive analysis, and customer insights, helping to inform creative decisions and marketing strategies.
  5. Contribute to the creation and execution of brand campaigns, including designing assets for social media, email marketing, and advertising to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  6. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of design-driven marketing initiatives, ensuring the visual content performs effectively and delivers results.
  7. Support the development of marketing collateral to ensure high-quality, visually compelling assets that help elevate our brand presence and ensure that our products are represented by the best possible design.
  8. Assist in event planning and execution for various marketing activities and activations nationwide, ensuring that these events align with Perlick’s brand image and create meaningful experiences for attendees. This includes supporting the design and coordination of materials and logistics for events, trade shows, and promotional activations.
  9. Support the development of an influencer program, helping identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to amplify our brand presence and engage new audiences across social media and other digital platforms.
  10. Assist in new product launches, including updating pricing, spec sheets, AutoQuotes, and website PIM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available across sales and marketing channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth product launch process and seamless integration of new product details into Perlick’s internal systems, customer-facing materials, and website.
  11. Other duties, projects, and learning objectives as assigned.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently enrolled in a 2- or 4-year degree program in Marketing, business or a related field.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills a must.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, collaborative team working skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Ability to quickly react to different situations and perform efficiently in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Can-do attitude with a desire to make a meaningful impact.
