
Social Media Manager
Primary Responsibilities: • Manage and respond to all social media comments, DMs, and mentions across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube within 24 hours • Proactively engage with our athlete community by commenting on relevant posts and stories • Support our ambassador program by engaging with ambassador content • Monitor and respond to athlete/parent questions about products and usage • Track and report engagement metrics • Identify potential ambassador candidates through social listening • Maintain D1 Fuel's positive, motivational, and educational tone of voice
Required Qualifications: • Experience with social media management tools • Ability to maintain brand voice while personalizing interactions • Knowledge of social media best practices and trends
Desired Qualities: • Background in sports, nutrition, or athletic coaching • Understanding of supplement industry • Experience working with youth athletes or parents • Passion for clean nutrition and sports performance • Self-motivated and able to work independently
Schedule: • Full-time & Part-time position • Must be available during peak social media hours • Some weekend monitoring required
Success Metrics: • Response time under 24 hours • Engagement rate improvement (target: 25%) • Growth in follower count across platforms • Positive sentiment in community interactions • Ambassador program referral quality
