OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant specializing in Content Creation to join our team. This full-time role is based in Fort Worth, Texas, with potential travel to New York City as needed (expenses covered by the company).

You will work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer, Jasmine Mendoza, and play a key role in content development across multiple brands. This position is ideal for a creative, social media-savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about digital marketing and brand storytelling.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

The activities listed here are not all-inclusive; rather, they indicate the types of activities normally performed in this role.

  • Develop and execute engaging digital content (videos, graphics, and written copy) for social media, email campaigns, and websites.
  • Manage and implement content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms to enhance brand presence.
  • Assist in photo and video shoots, including editing and post-production.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay updated on trending content formats, social media trends, and emerging digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns that align with brand objectives.
  • Support event marketing efforts, including capturing content at brand activations.
  • Assist in administrative marketing tasks, such as scheduling content and updating marketing calendars.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator), or other content creation tools.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in SEO, paid ads, and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with WordPress is a plus but not required.
  • Punctual attendance required.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and emerging content trends.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills for captions, blog posts, and marketing materials.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Basic video editing skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Availability to travel to New York City for brand-related projects (expenses covered by the company).
