Quality Technician

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform visual and physical inspections of products at various stages of production, identifying and documenting passes and failures.
- Utilize measuring tools and gauges to verify product dimensions and tolerances according to drawings and specifications.
- Operate testing equipment to assess product functionality and performance.
- Communicate identified defects and non-conformances to production supervisors and other relevant personnel.
- Analyze inspection data and trends to identify potential quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records using appropriate software or paper-based systems.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality control processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
