Position: Video Editing Intern
We are looking for a talented and passionate Video Editing Intern to join our team. This role will work in tandem with our Social Media Intern to edit dynamic video content for both our website and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience using Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, or a comparable editing software, as well as an understanding of how to format videos for different platforms and aspect ratios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit video footage from the Colorful Connections Tour, ensuring high-quality storytelling and engagement.
• Format and optimize videos for various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the Colorful Connections website.
• Edit stand-alone content pieces for our website and social media campaigns.
• Ensure video edits align with our brand’s messaging, aesthetic, and storytelling goals.
• Work with cloud-based storage solutions to access and edit tour footage.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Intern to create engaging and shareable video content.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, or similar editing software.
• Understanding of video formatting for different social media platforms (vertical, square, and widescreen formats).
• Strong storytelling and creative editing skills.
• Ability to work efficiently with cloud-based storage systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently on assigned projects.
• Previous experience editing social media content or tour footage is a plus.
