Junior Designer

Model Home Interiors is seeking a Junior Designer to join our Durham, NC team.  With 40+years in business, MHI is an award winning Model Home Design firm in Maryland and North Carolina.  We design model homes, sales offices and clubhouses for some of the nations top home builders up and down the east coast.  For this position, the ideal candidate is creative, passionate about design and self-motivated.  Fast paced work environment with excellent company paid benefits.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in design
• Autocad proficiency, Microsoft Suite, and Adobe Suite
• Able to travel-percentage based on work load
• Knowledge in FF & E material selections and specifications
• This is an in office position located in Research Triangle Park
