Environmental Intern/Co-op

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field investigations, including soil sampling, field tests, & data collection.
- Monitor construction compliance with specifications through various tests.
- Analyze field/laboratory problems & document findings accurately;
- Prepare detailed reports, logs, and field forms (e.g., drilling logs, field dailies).
- Learn and apply environmental data management tools, modeling, and field equipment.
- Conduct site reviews, prepare reports, and summarize laboratory data;
- Utilize maps, drawings, and environmental data for project planning & design.
- Support project teams in addressing geologic, terrain, and hydrologic challenges.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or Geology.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Familiarity with GIS, environmental software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, multitasking, and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license.
