Fine Gardening Crew Lead

Experienced fine gardening crew lead, 2-3 years minimum experience leading a gardening crew at high end detailed oriented properties. Must be well versed in local plant species, their proper maintenance and keeping things looking as beautiful as possible. We are looking for someone that is skilled in leading others, leading by example, staying on task and meeting timelines. Should have a good eye for lawn, plant and tree health. The ideal candidate should be very detail oriented, have a positive attitude, be a team player and have a passion for this type of work. A Driver’s License with a clean driving record is required. A signing bonus is available for the right candidate. Salary DOE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule: (Flexible start and end date with college schedules) 

  • 10 hour shift

Experience:

  • Horticulture: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Gardening: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Jackson, WY: Relocate before starting work (Required)
  • Housing available for the right candidate
