The ideal candidate will be a MArch graduate with previous architectural internship or professional experience. This candidate should possess a familiarity with the design process and a willingness to expand their professional skillset.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Associate at Feinknopf Macioce Schappa Architects, Inc. in Columbus, OH. The Design Associate will be responsible for project management, communication, graphic design, interior design, and graphics tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities
Possess familiar in the construction documentation process.
Assist the Project Architect with the architectural design.
Assist the Project Architects with presentation visuals to communicate concepts to clients.
Support redline changes and revisions to project drawings and related documentation.
Attend all required or assigned training sessions, including AIA programs.
Miscellaneous duties as required.
Occasional travel as required.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Architecture.
Prior experience within construction or architecture.
Actively pursuing architectural registration with a defined timeline in place (NCARB AXP Mentorship and materials provided).
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem solve with great efficacy.
Maintain detail-orientation during multi-task management.
Maintain composure under project deadline pressure.
Possess excellent time-management skills.
Seeking enthusiastic professionals who are on the path to licensure (1-3 years of experience).
Collaborate alongside mentors and team members in the design process

Attend on-site construction reviews
Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture (professional degree) is required. Degree must be from an accredited school of architecture
