What You Will Do

We are seeking a talented and creative part-time Graphic Designer to craft visually compelling ad sets for our social media campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn. In this role, you will:

  • Design and produce high-quality social media ad sets tailored to various audiences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align designs with Offerday's brand identity and campaign objectives.
  • Develop visual concepts that drive engagement and user conversion.
  • Contribute ideas for innovative design strategies to elevate our social media presence.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications (not required, but valued!)

  • Experience with Figma.
  • Familiarity with web development (CSS, HTML, React).
  • Passion for creating designs that resonate with tech-savvy audiences.
  • Interest in startups or career-tech innovation.

Compensation

The compensation for this role will be between $19.00 and $25.00 hourly, depending on experience.
