Inside Sales Specialist

The Inside Sales Specialist is an integral part of our sales process affording candidates the ability to work directly with customers and our outside sales team to help win more business and service our projects.

We are a lighting manufacturers’ representative sales agency based in Pennsauken, NJ and operating in the Greater Philadelphia market (Pennsylvania/New Jersey/Delaware). Our inside sales specialists develop a thorough understanding of lighting products, controls technologies, pricing structures, sales/negotiating strategies, order/project management skills, lighting design principles and first-hand knowledge of the construction industry supply chain. This is an excellent opportunity both for seasoned lighting professionals and anyone ready for a fresh start in a new industry.

Our team is growing and we have opportunities for project quotations, project management, lighting controls, design/tech support and administrative support functions.

Those new to the industry will need to be in-office until eligible for our flexible hybrid work schedule. Fully remote positions are available for those with lighting agency experience (must be available during east coast business hours).
