Part-Time Clinical Psychology Consultant

Job Description:
As a part-time Clinical Psychology Consultant, you will:

  • Provide insights and expertise in helping our millions of users address personality disorders such as Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD), depression, and other emotional and mental health challenges.
  • Collaborate with our team of AI developers and engineers to ensure psychological accuracy and ethical considerations in bot responses.
  • Design and review questions and interaction flows to help users articulate their responses effectively.
  • Help train AI models by reviewing and annotating data to ensure clinical relevance and sensitivity.
  • Support research initiatives to improve the app’s effectiveness in addressing user concerns.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Enrolled/graduated with a Doctoral program in Clinical Psychology or related fields from a top-tier institution (phD student or graduate).
  • Preferable: Licensed therapist/ counsellor
  • Strong academic performance (top grades preferred).
  • In-depth understanding of NPD, depression, and other common personality disorders, mood disorders, and mental health conditions.
  • Excellent communication skills to distill complex psychological concepts into user-friendly content.
  • Passion for leveraging technology to enhance mental health and relationship well-being.
  • Familiarity with ethical considerations in mental health and AI applications is a plus.

Time Requirement:

  • Commitment of 10–15 hours per week, with flexible working hours.
  • Part-time remote work setup to accommodate your academic schedule.
