Marine Educator (Seasonal) – Carolina Ocean Odyssey Middle School Camp! 
Location: Topsail Island, NC | Dates: Early June–Early August

Position Overview:
Join our team for an unforgettable summer inspiring youth (ages 10–13) through marine science and ocean safety education! Based at our ocean-view facility, you'll lead surf and boogie board sessions, teach ocean dynamics, ecology, and conservation while ensuring a fun and safe environment for campers. Responsibilities include hands-on teaching, camper supervision, logistics management, and team collaboration.

Key Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in marine science, education, or related field.
  • 21+ years old, strong swimmer (500-yard ocean swim test), and 3+ years wave-riding experience.
  • Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid certified.
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
