
Video Content Creator
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Video Content Creator responsible for producing and editing captivating video content for our digital platforms.
The content needed will primarily focus on Manhattan Luxury Apartment home tours.
This role involves working closely with our marketing, social media, and creative teams to brainstorm, produce, and distribute video content that aligns with our brand strategy and engages our target audience.
Will be paid on a per-video basis. This will not be a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation:
Conceptualization & Ideation: Brainstorm and develop video ideas that align with brand objectives and audience interests.
Filming: Shoot high-quality video footage.
Creative Direction: Ensure the video aligns with the brand’s tone, voice, and visual style.
- Video Editing & Post-Production:
Editing: Use editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other editing tools) to cut and assemble footage into a polished final product.
Audio and Visual Enhancements: Add music, sound effects, graphics, text overlays, and transitions to enhance video appeal.
Color Grading & Correction: Adjust the visual aesthetics to ensure the video looks its best.
Final Output: Export videos in the appropriate format for different platforms (e.g., Instagram Stories, TikTok).
- Platform-Specific Adaptation:
Optimization: Tailor content to suit various platforms (e.g., short-form videos for TikTok, longer-form for YouTube).
Aspect Ratios & Formats: Ensure videos are optimized for different screen sizes (portrait, landscape) and platforms.
SEO & Metadata: Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to improve discoverability and engagement.
- Brand Consistency:
Maintain Brand Voice: Ensure that all content reflects the brand’s identity, values, and messaging.
- Content Planning & Strategy:
Content Calendar: Plan and organize video production schedules to ensure consistent content release.
A/B Testing: Experiment with different formats, lengths, and styles to determine the most effective content.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Marketing Teams: Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure that videos align with broader campaigns.
Social Media Teams: Collaborate on promoting videos across social media channels to maximize reach.
- Equipment & Tools Management:
Filming Equipment: Use cameras, lighting, and microphones to produce high-quality footage.
Stay Organized: Maintain a library of raw footage, graphics, and assets for easy retrieval and reuse.
