Reels Intern (Remote)

David Arkin Consulting is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Content Intern to help craft engaging Reels for our clients’ social media platforms.

This role is perfect for a motivated individual who loves storytelling through video and has a keen interest in creating content that captures attention and drives engagement.

This is a paid internship that is remote and very flexible. We currently work with more than two dozen newspapers, TV stations, magazines and digital pure plays and are seeking interns who have an interest in building video content for those clients. This year, we took second place for Best R&D company in the Local Media Association Awards.

The content you will will produce can include everything from event previews to restaurant profiles to education explainers.

Committing to 10-15 hours  a week is important to get enough out of the experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our team to develop content ideas and strategies that align with client goals.
• Create short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Stay up to date on trends and best practices for Reels and other short-form video formats.
• Manage deadlines and ensure content meets client quality standards.
• Track engagement metrics and provide insights on performance to improve future content.
