Research Analyst

We are looking for a research analyst to support the launch of a new AI-powered information product and platform focusing on commodities markets and trading. The day to day work for this role will span a range of conventional job functions, including coverage of commodities markets themselves, monitoring the flow of client interaction with the product and supporting digital marketing campaigns. This will provide an opportunity to learn about commodities markets (primarily energy and metals to start) as well as the nuts and bolts of the delivery of a digital information product. Candidates for this role must be flexible and able and willing to learn quickly and shift between functions as needed. This will be part of a small team to start and one that scales as the product develops. Key requirements include: exceptional organizational skills, a strong interest in and/or prior experience with financial or economic analysis, strong analytical writing skills, competence with Excel and/or major statistical packages.
