This is a volunteer position that will help you gain experience with exposure to the health care environment. Opportunities for a wide range of areas important to the hospice patient come through offering emotional, physical and other support as needed. A volunteer is considered to be one of the most important members of the “adopted” extended family at  time when the needs are overwhelming for the existing family.
