Wholesale Fashion Support Role – Show Assistance

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a driven, bilingual individual fluent in English and Spanish (as a second language) to join our team. This role begins with supporting Milio Milano at the Miami Magic Show on January 6-7, where you’ll help with setup, client interactions, and presenting our latest collection. This paid role has potential for part-time or full-time hours based on candidate performance and commitment, offering an opportunity to grow with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Show Support: Assist with Miami Magic Show setup and client engagement, advising boutique clients on styles and trends.
  • Trade Show and Event Assistance: Support at various events, managing setup, client relations, and providing style recommendations.
  • Customer Relations: Work directly with boutique clients to understand their needs and recommend best-selling styles suited to their stores.
  • Software Management: Use tools like NuOrder, Joor, Apparel Magic, Outlook, and Excel for order management and client communication.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, with Spanish as a second language (required).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communicator with a client-first mindset.
  • Interest in Fashion: Enthusiasm for fashion, with a drive to learn more about the wholesale side of the industry.
  • Flexibility: Available to work part-time or full-time based on performance, with mandatory availability for the January show and other trade events as needed.
