We are seeking a passionate and creative Early Education Music Teacher to join our team and inspire our youngest learners through engaging musical experiences.
Job Description: As a Music Teacher, you will create a fun and nurturing environment where toddlers can explore music through singing, movement, and instruments. You will develop age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage creativity, self-expression, and a love for music.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging music lessons for babies and toddlers (ages 6-mo-3).
- Introduce basic musical concepts through songs, rhythm, and movement.
- Use a variety of instruments and props to enhance learning experiences.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere.
- Encourage parent involvement and communication regarding their child’s musical development.
- Assess and document individual progress and development.
- Maintain a clean and safe learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Music Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience teaching music to young children (1-3 years old) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of various music genres and age-appropriate songs.
- Ability to play at least one musical instrument (piano, guitar, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with toddlers and fostering their love for music.
- Creative, patient, and adaptable teaching style.
