Essential Functions

The Developmental Movement and Wellbeing Lab at the University of Nebraska at Omaha is seeking a research assistant interested in pursuing a PhD in Biomechancis & Kinesiology/Physical Activity in Health Promotion. This funded position will involve a variety of duties related to conducting research studies and assisting in data collection with young children and families. Job duties will include: assistance in designing research studies, recruiting participants, data analysis, interpretation and contribution/leading publication of research findings. Other duties as assigned. Work Schedule

20 hours/week

Required Qualifications

Graduate degree (MS/MPH) in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Activity, Health Promotion, Early Childhood, Psychology or related field.; Graduate GPA of 3.2 or higher; Completion of graduate application for the PhD in Exercise Science prior to hiring.

Salary

2,027.50 per month
