2025 University Recruiting - Regulatory Chemistry, Manufacturing, & Controls (CMC) Intern

Join us at our Company Research Labs for an exciting summer internship opportunity within the Global Regulatory Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) group. As a summer intern, you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact on public health by contributing to the regulatory processes of our company's medicines and vaccines, and gain comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience supporting Regulatory strategy, submission, and health authority engagement.

 

This summer internship opportunity is open to students interested in the Regulatory field, covering small molecule drugs, biologics, drug- and biologic-device combination products, and vaccines. Additionally, students looking to explore opportunities in regulatory data acquisition and process efficiency through automation are encouraged to apply.

 

As an intern, you will have the chance to gain exposure to various functions within the company and develop a thorough understanding of regulatory CMC principles and strategies. This includes learning about manufacturing and testing of drug substance/drug product/raw materials, compliance with regulatory requirements for commercial products, regulatory compliance of investigational products for clinical use, post-approval regulatory filing strategy, and much more.

 

Our internship positions are full-time, providing you with valuable real-world experience.

 

Required Education:

Currently pursuing a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in regulatory science, pharmaceutical science, pharmacy, chemistry, biomedical or other engineering disciplines, or other related fields in science or technology

Completed at least (2) years of undergraduate study OR (1) year of graduate study by June 2025

 

Required Experience and Skills:

Available to work full-time for up to (12) consecutive weeks beginning in May or June 2025

Superior communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent academic achievement and analytical thinking ability

Good organizational skills

 

Preferred Experience and Skills:

GPA of 3.5 and above

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Experience writing, editing, and reviewing scientific publications and content
