Education required: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biomedical Sciences, Biology, Chemistry (preferably with Biology modules), or a related field of study. Graduation by August 2025

 

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English  

 

Other requirements:  Willingness to be geographically mobile (domestic) throughout rotations  

 

Expected Start date: September 2025

Within the Global Supply Chain business (GSC), our dedicated teams are responsible for manufacturing and distributing medicines and vaccines worldwide. They oversee every stage of production, from ensuring the creation of high-quality products at our manufacturing sites to developing effective supply forecasting and managing regulatory inspections—all powered by digital, data, and analytics.

These positions involve working at our either our local manufacturing sites or within a central quality function to ensure the implementation of the latest, safe, efficient, and reliable processes, analytical methods and equipment. What will you do?

Discover how manufacturing, the quality function, technical services and supply chain work together  

Build your knowledge of our medicines and vaccines and learn about the challenges of working in a highly regulated and controlled environment  

Spend time in a quality testing laboratory at one of our Manufacturing sites - developing skills to perform analysis while gaining hands on experience using state-of-the art platforms and capabilities  

Gain an understanding about quality control - how analytical testing ensures the quality of our products, learn about the introduction of new technologies and analytical methods 

Quality gives an end-to-end understanding of the pharmaceutical products from raw materials to finished products, including sterility and environmental testing

Develop business, process and test method understanding 

 

What are we looking for?  

Technical aptitude, a passion for science and quality, with a keen interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing and testing 

A mindset focused on continuous improvement and growth, along with strong interpersonal skills and a positive approach  

The ability to listen, learn, and a genuine desire to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives through high-quality work  

An interest in the development and application of new technologies, digitalization and automation to transform quality test methods and analytics 

Excellent communication and coupled with a collaborative approach to teamwork to problem solve at local and/or global level 

A proactive, self-motivated and flexible approach with a talent for multitasking and adapting to change  

Laboratory experience within an analytical environment is considered an advantage
