Fan Engagement Intern - Nashville - Spring 2025

We are Q Prime South, home to a highly curated country music roster. We currently have an incredible opportunity to join our innovative and highly sought-after internship program.
Participants will be fully immersed in the day-to-day activities of the fan engagement + merchandising department. They will participate in strategic meetings, solve key business issues, and offer ideas to further Q Prime’s success.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Management of customer data records to build customer segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns
- Generate reports on various topics
- Ensure a superior standard of customer service is delivered across all clients
- Attend meetings and take notes.
- Update web stores and artists' websites
- Create and present research projects
- Assist with planning special events
- Manage and grow fan club communities
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a marketing or customer service role, with event or fan engagement preferable.
- Experience in email marketing and with social media platforms.
- Experience in managing and analyzing customer data
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, with competing priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
- Ability to work on their own initiative, effectively both as an individual and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management.
- Valid USA driver’s license
- Commit to at least 15 hours during the respective session
- Be passionate and knowledgeable about the music industry
