Fan Engagement Intern - Nashville - Spring 2025

NASHVILLE OFFICE - MUST BE IN PERSON  

Paid Internship, with the option of class credit

We are Q Prime South, home to a highly curated country music roster. We currently have an incredible opportunity to join our innovative and highly sought-after internship program. 

Participants will be fully immersed in the day-to-day activities of the fan engagement + merchandising department. They will participate in strategic meetings, solve key business issues, and offer ideas to further Q Prime’s success. 

Responsibilities & Duties: 

  • Management of customer data records to build customer segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns
  • Generate reports on various topics
  • Ensure a superior standard of customer service is delivered across all clients
  • Attend meetings and take notes.
  • Update web stores and artists' websites
  • Create and present research projects
  • Assist with planning special events
  • Manage and grow fan club communities

Qualifications: 

  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a marketing or customer service role, with event or fan engagement preferable.
  • Experience in email marketing and with social media platforms.
  • Experience in managing and analyzing customer data
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, with competing priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
  • Ability to work on their own initiative, effectively both as an individual and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management.
  • Valid USA driver’s license
  • Commit to at least 15 hours during the respective session
  • Be passionate and knowledgeable about the music industry
