If yes, you could be a great fit as an R&D Intern, Customer Insights working with our laundry and hair brands at Henkel, where you will have the chance to participate and lead actual consumer market research, participate in internal discussions in planning and reporting research learnings. 

 

You can expect your internship to include assignments like: 

Supporting the U.S. Customer Insights Team in conducting studies & research in our Bright Ideas Research Center 

Leading your own research study from start to finish during program 

Participating in cross-functional discussions & planning sessions 

In addition to the job functions of your assigned department, you will also develop your professional skillset through:

YOUR SKILLS 

A current undergraduate or master’s student planning to graduate in December 2025, 2026, or 2027 and majoring in marketing; communications, psychology, and applied statistics  

Knowledge of or experience in market research, consumer research, and/or survey design
