Client Accounting Specialist

Carpenter, Evert and Associates has a client accounting specialist opening for candidates with the right combination of accounting and client support experience; ideally with non-profit organizations. 

The position focuses on providing business transaction processing and accounting services to our small business clientele. Duties will vary according to client, including but not limited to: Account Payable – responsible for accurate processing of client accounts payable transactions including entry of vendor bills received by the client and accurate coding of client transactions for expenses. Accounts Receivable – responsible for supporting our clients in the areas of customer invoicing, recording of deposits, and supporting our clients with customer collections.
 

The perfect candidate will have at least one year of experience working with non-profit organizations. This positions requires a person who enjoys working with a variety of clients. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, extremely organized, attention to detail and accuracy with data input, a team player and a client center approach to all matters.
