MPT Intern

MPT has current openings for unpaid internships that offer valuable experience in television programming, development, co-productions and related business development. These positions are filled by creative, motivated and energetic students from a variety of majors who lend their effort and time - a minimum of 16 hours per week - in exchange for an engaging educational experience. Position Duties

Communications / PR • Creative Services • Development / Major & Planned Giving • Education • Human Resources • Information Technology • Maryland State Ad Agency (MSAA) • MotorWeek • Production / Operations • Producing Television Shows (Content) • Special Events & Community Engagement

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must either be enrolled in an accredited high school, college/university, graduate college, trade school, or a recent graduate. All high school applicants must be either junior or senior year students. Applicants must be willing to commit to a minimum of 16 hours per week.

College Students Required Documents:

1. Cover letter - Please identify an internship from the list of opportunities available on MPT’s website. Please indicate in your cover letter if the internship is for academic credit.
2. Resume
3. Letter of Recommendation -  Academic (from school) or Professional (from work/volunteer experience) 
4. Unofficial Transcript

High School Students Required Documents:
