Looking for an UX Designer for our in-house GenAI platform

Core Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and developers to conceptualize and implement engaging user interfaces for telecom applications.
• Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Conduct user research, analyse user feedback, and iterate designs to enhance user satisfaction and usability.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to design principles, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards across all UI/UX elements.
• Optimize UI/UX designs for performance, scalability, and responsiveness across various devices and platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design and implement best practices to elevate the quality of telecom applications.

Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first approach.
• Knowledge of usability testing methodologies and tools.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects with a focus on telecom applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
