Role Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be integral to our growth, responsible for 

  • Identifying and engaging potential clients
  • Scheduling meetings to introduce our products and services
  • Nurturing leads from initial contact to conversion
  • Collaborating with our marketing team to refine sales strategies

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or have obtained a master's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field. 
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Independent problem-solving and proactive approach
  • Prior experience in corporate sales or marketing is advantageous

Compensation Model:

  • Base Salary of 500 USD per month
     
  • Incentives:
    Meeting Setup: Earn xxx.00 USD for every meeting scheduled with a potential client
    Conversion Bonus: Receive an additional xxx.00 USD when a target converts into a customer
    (*Specific rates will be discussed upon employment based on qualifications)
