Ministry Intern
The Rolling Hills Ministry Residency Program exists to train, equip and develop the next generation of leaders for The Kingdom.
Internships
The Intern position is specifically designed for college students and young adults who are exploring a full-time career in ministry. Over 10 weeks in the summer, interns are exposed to the everyday rhythms, responsibilities, and opportunities of ministry leadership. Interns serve in active ministry environments across the church, learning by observing then doing.
Interns are expected to work 10-15 hours per week. Most of the hours are spent serving within a ministry team alongside a staff supervisor. In addition to participating in their ministry area, interns will develop a Christ-centered framework for leadership by attending Leadership Lab, a 90-minute weekly session focused on leadership principles, spiritual formation, and discipleship. Interns receive a $400 monthly stipend. https://rollinghills.church/residency/
