Interior Designer / Architect – Condo Renovation Project (Remote, Part-Time, Experiential Learning)

We're looking for a skilled interior designer or architect to join a large-scale condo complete renovation project. The ideal candidate has a strong command of digital tools for 2D and 3D rendering and floor planning.

The role

You'll be working directly on a full condo renovation — from initial space planning through to final design documentation. This isn't a template job; every room is being rethought, and we need someone who can translate ideas into precise, visual plans.

What you'll do

- Develop detailed 2D floor plans and 3D renderings to communicate design concepts clearly- Use digital tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) to produce accurate drawings and visualizations- Collaborate on spatial layouts, material selections, and design direction- Iterate on designs based on feedback and project constraints- Prepare documentation and presentations for design review

About you

- Background in interior design, architecture, or interior architecture- Proficient in at least one major 2D/3D design application (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or equivalent)- Experience with or strong interest in residential renovation projects- Eye for detail and ability to translate real-world spaces into compelling visuals- Able to work independently and manage your own deliverables

Nice to have

- Experience with full-unit or large-scale residential renovations- Familiarity with material specifications and finish schedules- Rendering experience with tools like Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape

This is a part-time, remote engagement structured as an experiential learning opportunity.
