Campus Leader

ThingsBook Campus Ambassador

Campus Leader or Campus Builder

ThingsBook is seeking creative, connected, and reliable college students to help introduce the platform to their campus communities during the Fall 2026 semester.

Campus Ambassadors will create content, promote ThingsBook through their existing social networks, and develop authentic ways to encourage students to explore and participate in the platform.

Students may apply for one of two tracks:

Campus Leader

Campus Leaders will use their personal ThingsBook account to create content and help grow awareness within their campus community.

This role is a strong fit for students with experience in leadership, event promotion, student organizations, community building, or campus outreach.

Campus Builder

Campus Builders will create content for their university’s official ThingsBook hub account.

This role is a strong fit for students with experience in social media, content creation, campus culture, events, or community engagement.

What You Will Do

All Campus Ambassadors will:

Create one ThingsBook Collection every two weeks.

Add five posts to each Collection, publishing approximately one post every two days rather than posting everything at once.

Promote ThingsBook on either Instagram or TikTok, based on which platform they use most actively.

Introduce ThingsBook to relevant student organizations, clubs, and campus communities.

Develop creative and realistic ideas for increasing student awareness, sign-ups, and participation.

Communicate consistently with the program team and complete assignments by their deadlines.

Represent ThingsBook professionally and authentically on campus and online.

Social Media Responsibilities

Each ambassador will select one secondary social media platform for cross-promotion.

If you select Instagram:

Promote a ThingsBook feature, event, or profile once per week.

If you select TikTok:

Create one short-form video every two weeks.

Demonstrate how to use ThingsBook or highlight its features, benefits, and potential uses.

Applicants are not required to promote ThingsBook on both Instagram and TikTok.

Strong applicants will be:

Currently enrolled college students.

Actively involved in campus life.

Creative, proactive, and able to develop their own ideas.

Reliable and able to remain involved throughout the program.

Comfortable creating content and using social media.

Connected to one or more active campus communities.

Able to communicate professionally and meet recurring deadlines.

Previous experience as a brand ambassador, campus representative, student leader, event organizer, content creator, or community builder is helpful but not required.

Student government

Greek life

You may be a strong Campus Leader candidate if you:

Have leadership or organizational experience.

Enjoy bringing people together.

Are comfortable promoting programs and opportunities.

Have experience planning or hosting events.

Can build relationships across different campus groups.
